Peter Pacey has been working as an educational consultant for over 30 years. He has been a curriculum developer for the New Brunswick Department of Education and has designed and delivered courses for both campuses of the University of New Brunswick, in Saint John and Fredericton, and for St. Thomas University. He has done workshops for the New Brunswick Community College system and has worked extensively in the public school system as well.

 

One area of expertise is local studies and local literature. He often assists teachers in the areas of Canadian Literature and New Brunswick history. This involves working closely with the teachers on a plan of action from bringing history/culture to life; doing stand alone workshops; to providing turn-key lesson plans, etc. Recently he has worked with Fredericton High School and Leo Hayes High School enhancing Canadian Literature courses.

 

Pacey has also applied his expertise in team building for corporate and government clients, and in response to the demand for innovative and interactive performance-based service, has developed training programs for frontline staff in the hospitality industry.
